We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible, generally within 2-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of you order, and are automatically applied via the UPS shipping rate calculator.
Furniture
We do not take furniture orders online due to the many options and stain variations that are available and our desire of having you get the piece of furniture that you want.
Out of Stock Items
We try our best to keep all our items in stock. But if we are out of stock on any of the items in your order, we will contact you to see how you want to continue with the order. We do not maintain backorders so it will need to be reordered when it is back in stock.
Returns
Please contact us before returning your product. And all returns must be in original condition.

When returning be sure to send a copy of the original invoice.

We do not give refunds for the shipping costs and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

All refunds will be paid by check after the product is returned to us.

We charge a 10% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns more than 30 days after the date of the original shipment to your location.
Damages
Products that are damaged must be reported to us within 3 days. We will do our best to resolve any problems.
